Inclusion and Sustainability Council 
Our employee-led Inclusion and Sustainability Council is designed to oversee initiatives consistent with our mission, values, and Inclusion/Sustainability strategic plans. The council is co-chaired by our CEO Mike Gianoni.​

Training and Awareness
We are fostering inclusion by looking introspectively and ensuring our teams and leaders are trained and aware of the many facets involved in creating an inclusive workplace. Our training is designed to ensure employees learn new habits and behaviors to reduce bias and consciously practice inclusion. 100% of employees have completed Respect at Work training.

Camp Blackbaud Camp Blackbaud is a 2-day event designed to bridge the opportunity gap for students from under-resourced neighborhoods and schools to highlight the importance of a STEM education. Our employees use their passion for technology and encourage students that a career in technology is possible, no matter your background!

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitment
Blackbaud has joined the United Nations Global Compact initiative, expanding on our commitment to our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program. We are committed to turning the UN Global Compact's 10 fundamental principles into practice, and making them part of our company's strategy, culture, and day-to-day operations.
