Camp Blackbaud Camp Blackbaud is a 2-day event designed to bridge the opportunity gap for students from under-resourced neighborhoods and schools to highlight the importance of a STEM education. Our employees use their passion for technology and encourage students that a career in technology is possible, no matter your background!
Community Involvement Blackbaud employees are active participants in our communities, all around the world. By celebrating holidays and commemorations that support our people and our culture, we are able to create a belonging and inclusive workplace. 
Education and Training
We provide necessary training and development opportunities to our employees. By offering LinkedInĀ® Learning courses and employee trainings such as unconscious bias and respect at work, we continue to educate our employees on the importance of creating an inclusive workplace.
ESG Commitment
Blackbaud has joined the United Nations Global Compact initiative, expanding on our commitment to our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program. We are committed to turning the UN Global Compact's 10 fundamental principles into practice, and making them part of our company's strategy, culture, and day-to-day operations.
Leading Globally
In order to create an equal workplace and world for all, we must strive to create an impact globally. We have hired our first-ever Diversity and Inclusion Officer. He is diligently working alongside our Global Diversity Council to aggregate insight and feedback from our employees around the world that will help guide our future DEI programs at Blackbaud.
Hiring for diversity and inclusion brings in new backgrounds and perspectives to our organization, which helps drive our culture and innovation. In order to support this effort, we have partnered with various HBCUs and empowering organizations, such as; The Conference Board, G100, Pride Work at Canada, National Black MBA Association, and Prospanica.
